MB Bites: Spinach & Mango Smoothie

Since the weather is getting warmer, I have been craving some fruity & tropical flavors!

This smoothie is not only quick and easy, but is also super filling and delicious.

You're getting the benefits of spinach which are a lot of vitamins, iron, & fiber, as well as antioxidants, omega-3s and leutin for healthy eyes & skin.

The spinach taste is completely hidden under the star ingredient: Mango. Mango is rich in potassium, magnesium, iron, and enzymes, but also is notorious for giving skin a glowing and clear complexion.

Besides the main ingredients, there are SO many way you customize this recipe. It's so easy and SO good.
Spinach and Mango Smoothie
serves 1

1/2 cup of spinach
1/2 ripe banana
1/4-1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
3/4 cup of almond milk OR coconut water (or a mixture of both!)

Optional Ingredients:
Chia seeds
vanilla protein powder
coconut oil


Combined all ingredients & blend until fully mixed! Add liquid (almond milk or coconut water) to aid with blending as needed.
