I am someone who loves working out. Growing up I always played sports and developed a love for running. As I got older I enjoyed trying more creative ways to stay in shape, and I have to say one of my favorites is Bar Method.
Bar Method is somewhat of a mix between pilates, yoga, and ballet. A ballet bar is used for balance while using your own body strength to do tiny movements to burn fat, elongate your body, and carve muscles. As a result you will find yourself sweating and shaking like a leaf! The shaking is good though, it shows that your muscles are changing!
I love this workout because it helps you feel toned and tight. You will feel sore in places you didn't even know were possible! I did this before my sister's wedding last summer and I felt great!
