If you are a fan of the incredible hair styles that Lauren Conrad and Lucy Hale wear on and off the red carpet, then you may have heard of their extremely talented hair-stylist, Kristin Ess.
Coming of the celebrity-stylists-creating-hair-brand trend (a la Ouai by Jen Atkin), Kristin Ess has one-upped them all in my opinion by releasing her cleansing and styling lines via Target. Not only is the hair range extremely affordable, but the quality is Sephora-worthy.
I got my hands on "The One" Shampoo & Conditioner, and was taken by its claims of being lathering, sulfate free, and safe for daily use. I was using a sulfate-free shampoo previously that I feel like did not clean my hair at all and left it feeling flat and manky. Since my hair is color treated ('sup pre-mature grays) & I am washing more frequently due to my half-marathon training, I was very intrigued by the bold claims of this everyday shampoo and conditioner.
I can honestly say that I am so unbelievably impressed by both the shampoo and conditioner! My hair feels clean, but not stripped at all, and I can't believe its an actual sulfate-free shampoo that lathers! That is probably the most amazing part, that and the fact that it actually feels so amazing and high-end for its super affordable price. My hair feels cleaned, nourished, manageable, and it smells amazing! The conditioner is super hydrating, but not heavy in slightest. The conditioner also holds the magnificent floral scent that I can smell long after my shower.
I'm waiting until I use up some of my current styling products before grabbing anything else from Kristin's giant range, but judging by how much my sister is living for her Thickening Spray, I may not be able to wait much longer.
